Happy New Year (a little late)

Well I am a little late ringing in the New Year since I have been under the weather for the past few weeks but things seem to be looking up or at least I am being cautiously optimistic. We spent our time ringing in the New Year at home with our two favorite girls. We ate a yummy dinner cooked by my sweet husband, played a little Wii and watched a movie. It was a perfect night.

On another note, I have decided to declare this year one of trying to live more Intentionally and Spirit led. I feel that the Lord has really put these two things on my heart in the past few weeks. Maybe if I sit and listen more I will actually be able to hear what the Lord is calling me to do each day instead of placing my demands on Him. We shall see. I am going to start the year with an open mind and open heart. I realize that this may require me to step out of my comfort zone a little and I am okay with that, as a matter a fact I am kind of excited. So here's to a fantastic 2011 for all of us!!
