Our Spring Break looked a little different than I had planned since Kaylee was not feeling well but we did manage to bust out of the house for small spurts of time when Kaylee was hurting a little less. Of course, Primetime for games with friends was first on the list.
We ended the week by welcoming our friends the Hanners home. Families from all over lined the street to their home and gave Hunter a heroes welcome home. There were signs, balloons, cheering, happy tears, and even a police escort. It was one of those experiences that we will remember the rest of our lives. I am so inspired and challenged by this family's faith every day. If you have not stumbled upon their blog you should because it is an incredible journey with God's footprints all over it.
Even though it was not the week we wanted or planned it ended up being amazing!
